‘Carne Blu’ is a visual research project into the visible and invisible substance of the sea and its boundaries, using cartographic representation as an exploratory and narrative system. Presented at the 2025 Venice Architecture whitin the Italian Pavillon, the project treats cartography as an analytical and critical device: the sea is reinterpreted as a dense, inhabited territory shaped by overlapping temporalities and by the continuous interaction between natural processes and human interventions.
