3. Products, Pricing & Taxes
All prices are indicated in EUR. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. For customers outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Orders & Payments
An order is considered accepted only when you receive a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud or inventory errors). Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we never store your credit card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Studio Magla is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is entirely at the buyer's expense.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with EU regulations, all physical products sold are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Force Majeure
Studio Magla shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemic disruptions, or postal delays.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. In the event of a dispute, consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
